Start with a discovery sprint.

Two weeks, one problem, scope and price fixed before we start. You get a written assessment: what is computable, by what method, what it would take, and what we would not recommend. The report is yours either way.

   FrameDays 1 to 2

   One problem, in your words. We agree what data or model exists, who owns it, and what a useful answer would look like. Scope and price are fixed here.

2. 02

   TestDays 3 to 7

   We work on your data or your case: reconcile it, simulate it, profile it or formulate it, depending on the problem. You see interim results on day five.

3. 03

   WriteDays 8 to 10

   A written assessment: what is computable, by what method, what it would take in time and infrastructure, and what we would not recommend.

What to send

A few lines on the decision you are facing. Data and access come later, under an NDA if you want one.

What happens next

A founder replies within one working day with a proposed scope and price, or a question. There is no sales call before the scope is written.
